Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and your location. The final cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page. Most orders are processed and shipped by the next business day, however, please allow up to 48 hours (1-2 business days) for us to process your order before it ships.
Delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the damage/incorrect item, and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
